To you the puppy owner, this gives you a guarantee not only that your puppy is a purebred dog, but also that he comes from well known and well bred lineage. Master of Tails only strives to offer the best quality to our clients.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, and proper care and immunization of your puppy, Master of Tails will guarantee your puppy to be free of congenital or hereditary disorders for one (1) year from the date of purchase. In the event your veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a congenital or hereditary disorder within the guarantee period, and subject to veterinary verification by Master of Tails, Master of Tails will issue you a replacement credit in the amount of 100% of the puppy price (excluding all additional costs) to be applied towards the purchase of a new puppy through Master of Tails. The Limited Guarantee is Non-Transferable. Veterinary, illness, medical or burial costs are not covered. This is the reason clients prefer our company, because they have that peace of mind that even in the rare event of a congenital condition appearing, they are covered with a new puppy through us. Master of Tails also is the only one who will give their clients an International Health certificate in a passport form, for their new puppies. This is not only useful in keeping your vaccine records through the years, it also is very convenient, and another element only Master of Tails offers its distinguished clientele.

This certifies that your new puppy was examined by a licensed veterinarian on a particular date, and that all the vaccines, deworming , and diagnostic tests were administered. It also shows that the puppy exhibits no signs of contagious or infectious diseases, and shows no evidence of internal (hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms, whipworms, etc) or external parasites, excluding fleas and ticks. The puppy has not been exposed to rabies nor did he/she originate form an area under quarantine for rabies. All of these will provide you with the security that you are obtaining a healthy puppy. Master of Tails recommends that you never ever purchase a pup from anyone who is not willing to provide you with a health certificate by a licensed veterinarian, and a complete vaccine history.
