Lineage Award
The Lineage Award goes to puppies that come from an
ancestry known for its demonstrated special qualities.
Their Pedigree is registered at birth (for each
generation) by the prestigious AKC (American Kennel
Club). This accounts for the ribbon's level held by a
puppy: 1st Ribbon Level, 2nd Ribbon Level, 3rd Ribbon
Level, or 4th Ribbon Level, the 4th Ribbon Level being
the highest Pedigree.
Descendant of Champions Award
This special award is only earned by puppies that are
direct descendants of champions that have received
prizes at a variety of contests in the canine expositions
they were entered.
Pettit-Puppy Award
This award is bestowed to puppies that are
exceptionally small - some fit literally inside
a tea cup. These puppies are scientifically bred to be
tiny, yet as healthy, strong and independent as the
full size version of the breed. Puppies that earned
this award are not found often, which is the reason for
their higher price.
Additional info: Female tea cup puppies are more expensive due to their potential for breeding.
