Silver Butler: This is our most popular service, it includes your puppy delivered and shipped to your nearest mayor airport, where you would pick your puppy from the counter. We take care of booking and coordinating with your convenience in mind for you to receive your new puppy. During this process we take into account the best weather and time for your puppy to travel comfortably and without any health risks. We prepare the puppy for the flight and provide him/her with a comfortable and secure travel crate, bedding, water bottle, and food. Your puppy is then personally delivered to the airport and our staff stays with him/her until the departure of the flight. We use different carriers as Delta or Continental Airlines since they provide you and us with an excellent service and take great care of the puppies.

Gold Butler: The Gold service includes a little more pampered attention. The client flies to Fort Lauderdale/Miami Airport to pick their new baby. One of our highly trained staff members will be waiting for you at your arrival to bring the puppy directly to your hands. We will provide you with personalized attention, by explaining all the documents that accompany your puppy, like pedigree, health certificate, vaccination records, letter for your veterinarian, and all the documentation for you to be able to flight home with your puppy. This is a great opportunity to be able to travel with your puppy and give yourself an excuse to have a nice weekend and visit our sunny beaches.

Platinum Butler: This is the service for our discriminative elite clientele. We will have one of our staff members travel with your puppy and deliver your new baby to your door; giving you a choice of receiving your puppy in your arms or in a decorated basket. During this time your puppy receives personalized attention from one of our highly trained staff members, because he/she is with your puppy for the duration of the trip.
We will coordinate with you when and where you wish to receive your puppy. Arrangements can also be made if the puppy is to be given as a gift, this is a great way to surprise a loved one, birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day, Christmas.
